Our aim is to support people with mental health needs to achieve their potential and live as independently as possible within their communities.
We support individuals with a wide range of long-term mental health needs, including dual diagnosis, severe affective disorders, co-morbid physical health conditions, physical and/or verbally aggressive behaviour, and self-injurious behaviour.
Our teams are skilled and dedicated to support people who experience substantial impairments to their day-to-day living as a result of their mental health condition.
We also support individuals who have experienced a relapse.
Endurance Care assess the need and potential risk to help formulate accurate and effective care plans that meet the needs of the individual and manage any risk.
We promote recovery-focused interventions and encourage the people we support to monitor their recovery progress, take control of their lives and work towards positive outcomes.
These outcomes are a vital step in the recovery process and often help to increase social and emotional wellbeing. We work hard to earn the trust of the people we support and strive to help them understand their condition, achieve their aspirations, and establish control over their lives.
