At Endurance Care we support people with acquired brain injuries (ABI) and traumatic brain injuries (TBI) to live full and rewarding lives. We offer ABI services to people needing long-term care and support people who require rehabilitation following trauma in Tier 2b therapeutic settings.
At Endurance Care, we understand the huge and devastating effects these injuries can have on a person’s life. Our specialist teams help people living with acquired and traumatic brain injuries to strengthen their communication capabilities and improve their cognitive, sensory, social, physical and emotional behavioural abilities. Our teams are supported by specialist input from our Rehabilitation Consultants, full nursing team, physio and occupational therapists, Neuro psychologists and Speech and Language therapists.
Endurance Care provide long-term ABI support in small, local, residential settings. Specialisms vary depending on the service and include supporting people with Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome (WKS), and/or complex and challenging behaviours. Male or female only support is available at some of our residential services.
Endurance Care provide supported living and outreach support for individuals with specialist neurological needs. As with our nursing and residential care teams, staff are trained in modern techniques and work in high ratios focusing on outcomes and reducing care needs.
