Endurance Care Limited

Personalised Care & Support

We place you at the centre of your support and put an emphasis on your choices and your aspirations as our client.

Our active participation promotes client engagement across all our service areas and encourage each individual to get involved in arranging meaningful activities, setting personal outcomes, managing the service and monitoring their support.

We provide the people we support with guaranteed continuity of care wherever possible. Our clients are allocated a nursing team who are responsible for ensuring that all care needs are planned for, in addition to a support team who assist with daily tasks such as shopping or attending appointments. The support received is in accordance with the assessed needs of each individual.

Meaningful Activities

Everyone, no matter what disability or challenges, should live a healthy, balanced lifestyle giving equal focus to the physical, mental and social areas of life.

Our team encourage that our clients take part in meaningful activities linked to their personal goals and outcomes. To ensure that the life is comfortable with the activities, we tailor them around the individual’s likes and aspirations.

We offer the following activities and programmes:

  1. Arts & crafts
  2. Horticulture
  3. Creative therapies
  4. Sport and physical activity
  5. Education
  6. Employment opportunities

These activities promote independence in daily living, encourage hobbies and interests and help to improve the health, happiness and well-being of the people we support.

Working With Families

We value the support that family members, friends and loved ones provide. We understand their role as a core part of the support network and value their insight into the specific needs of the people we support.

Our partnership with family members enables us to provide personalised care plans that will achieve the best possible outcomes for their loved ones.

Family members and friends are welcome to visit and are encouraged to get involved in care planning, everyday activities and setting positive outcomes with the individual.
